NO REFUND POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS
In accordance to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), "if the product purchased has no imperfection or defect, or if not expired or fake, the store may opt not to replace or refund." Please refer to the website of DTI here. Hence, we do not have a refund policy.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE FOR UNUSED GOODS
We have a 7-day return-exchange policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return-exchange:
1. Our item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Item must also be in the original packaging.
3. All accessories & fittings must be included.
4. Proof of purchase or receipt must be presented.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as locks, rollers, items with a lot of loose accessories, items that are considered sensitive cannot be returned. Sale items are also not returnable or refundable. Please note that the company has the sole discretion to determine which items are eligible for returns or not.
To return a product you purchased, customer should mail the product to 531 T Alonzo Street Santa Cruz Manila, Philippines 1014. Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, then the customer will receive a store refund credit. Customers can now choose new items to purchase using the store refund credit. Credit will only be valid for 30 days. Unused credit beyond 30days will not be honored anymore. Please note that we do not issue refunds for returned items.
EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Received a damaged or defective product? No problem! We can immediately replace items that have factory defects. The defective item must be returned to us completely with its original packaging. But please note that we are not responsible for products which have been subjected to improper installation, misuse, or alteration.

REFUND FOR UNSHIPPED GOODS
Have you ordered something and changed your mind? If you paid for the item already, and we have not shipped out yet, yes we can issue a full refund. But please bear in mind that refunds will not be processed immediately. Kindly allow us 14 to 21 days to process the refund. No one will process your refunds immediately, so please bear that in mind if you're opting for a refund.
