Shipping Information

Upon receipt of your payment, we will process client's order and ship it the next business day. We will send the client a copy of the airway bill as proof of shipment.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS PHP50,000 ABOVE

To be eligible for free shipping:
1. Total order value must exceed Php50,000
2. Delivery address is within our delivery routes in Metro Manila only
3. Delivery area must have free parking

For purchases that do not meet all the stated conditions, delivery charges will apply.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Magnificent Marketing shall not be held liable for delay or non-delivery of merchandise due to circumstances beyond the company’s control and that of its logistics partner(s). Such conditions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Incorrect or incomplete address of recipient
2. Refusal of recipient to accept the delivery
3. Unavailability of recipient (or authorized representative) to receive the delivery
4. Recipient moved to an unknown address
5. Acts of God or force majeure including but not limited to natural disaster or calamity, bad weather conditions, strike, wars, rebellion, civil commotion, and act of public enemies.
6. Loss of parcel

Return Policy

NO REFUND POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS

In accordance to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), "if the product purchased has no imperfection or defect, or if not expired or fake, the store may opt not to replace or refund." Please refer to the website of DTI here. Hence, we do not have a refund policy.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE FOR UNUSED GOODS

We have a 7-day return-exchange policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return-exchange:
1. Our item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Item must also be in the original packaging.
3. All accessories & fittings must be included.
4. Proof of purchase or receipt must be presented.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as locks, rollersitems with a lot of loose accessories, items that are considered sensitive cannot be returned. Sale items are also not returnable or refundable. Please note that the company has the sole discretion to determine which items are eligible for returns or not. 

To return a product you purchased, customer should mail the product to 531 T Alonzo Street Santa Cruz Manila, Philippines 1014. Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, then the customer will receive a store refund credit. Customers can now choose new items to purchase using the store refund credit. Credit will only be valid for 30 days. Unused credit beyond 30days will not be honored anymore. Please note that we do not issue refunds for returned items.


EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS (Warranty & Returns)

Received a damaged or defective product? We’ve got you.

  • Within 7 days (Dead On Arrival): If the item is unused and non-functioning out of the box, we’ll process an exchange after inspection. Item must be complete with all original parts and packaging.

  • After 7 days (Warranty): Claims are covered by our Limited Warranty (Residential: 12 months; Commercial: 6 months mechanical). Coverage is for manufacturing defects only.

How to file:

  1. Viber us at 09369792353 or message our Facebook page (Magnificent Marketing) with your proof of purchase, product details, and request.

  2. We’ll send the standard operating procedures for Photo/Video required by the manufacturer.

  3. Do not remove or tamper with the product parts until we advise.

  4. If a return is required, you may also drop off/pick up at our office, 531 T. Alonzo Street Santa Cruz Manila

What’s not covered: Improper/faulty installation, misuse/overloading, tampering/alteration of sensitive parts, environmental/corrosion damage, normal wear, or cosmetic/finish issues. Labor/removal/re-installation and incidental/consequential costs are not covered.

REFUNDS FOR UNSHIPPED GOODS

We understand plans change. If you paid but the order has not been dispatched or picked up, you may request a refund subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Order is unshipped (no courier handover/pickup booking yet).

  • Not a sale/special order/custom-cut/indent/preorder item (these are non-cancellable once ordered with the manufacturer).

Processing time

  • Refunds are processed in scheduled finance batches. Please allow 14–21 days from the time we receive complete refund details.

  • Same-day or instant refunds aren’t available.

 

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items received complete and in good condition are not eligible for refund for change-of-mind. This is consistent with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)—your statutory rights for defective, misrepresented, or wrongly delivered goods remain unaffected. 

In rare cases, the management may approve a courtesy refund with a 10% service fee deduction from total order value subject to all conditions below:

  • Request window: Submit your request within 7 days of receipt 

  • Item state: Unused, uninstalled, and unopened, with complete original packaging, manuals, screws/bolts, and accessories.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays delivery to and from our office; risk of loss remains with the customer until received and inspected. 

  • Inspection: Refunds are granted only after our inspection confirms the item is non-defective and in resalable condition.

  • Service fee: 10% of the total value to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs. 

  • Packaging/parts issues: Missing/damaged packaging or accessories may incur additional deductions or result in denial of the refund.

  • Not eligible for installed/used goods, custom-cut/indent/special-order items, clearance/final-sale items, and products showing wear, tampering, or modification.

  • Refunds are processed in finance batches within 14–21 days after complete documentation and receipt of the return.
